NoLi by Sandy offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia using Sendle apart from rural areas and post boxes where we use Australia Post. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address.You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery.

All items purchased from NoLi by Sandy are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 8-12 business days for shipment (estimation). If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us as soon as possible.

NoLi by Sandy does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by Sendle and Australia Post. We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.
